Booking Information
- Changeover Day: Saturday changeover from Whit-sun to the end of October.
- Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum stay in the low season.
- Winter Discounts: Smaller lets during winter are available by closing off some bedrooms. Contact us directly for discounted rates.
- Cautionary Deposit: £200, refundable after departure, to cover any excess cleaning or breakages.

Fantastic
We stayed at Karrek view recently and had a fabulous time. We had a family holiday with our grown-up children at Trebarwith Strand where we used to take them as small people. The house is amazing. It is big with spacious bedrooms, and clean bathrooms and showers; it is well appointed and has everything to hand that a family needs when spending time on the beach or chilling with the family. The direct access wet room and utility room for drying clothes were amazing There is ample parking for 3 cars which is fantastic in this busy area The location is fantastic, about 200 meters away from the beach, 2 restaurants, café and gift shop. Its is close to the coastal path for keen walkers and not a long drive to many areas of Cornwall I would thoroughly recommend staying here and will return ourselves as soon as we can”.
Five star location
Spent 2 lovely weeks at Karrek View with my husband, his nephew, his wife and their 3 children aged 17,14 & 10 and not forgetting a lovely fox red labrador named Jango. My husband and I have been holidaying at Trebarwith Strand for 20 years + just love it here. This year was a boost with the space at Karrek View, the house is so spacious with everything you could possibly need. We had the penthouse suite whist others slept on ground floor (rather like upstairs downstairs), beds very comfy and bathrooms great. As we cooked the kitchen had everything required to make a tasty meal and dishwasher was a big plus. We did have one sulky teenager but all others totally enjoyed having the strand on our doorstep. All in all had a lovely time.
Another excellent stay at Karrek View
Another great week at Karrek View - we love everything about the house - so lovely and clean, comfy and well equipped - and best of all a short walk to the beach and the cafe. Will certainly be back next year. It is always such a tonic.
Karrek View
Had an amazing week in Karrek View. It was the perfect space for our family holiday. It was clean, tidy, comfy and very well equipped with the added bonus of being so close to our favourite beach. Would definitely recommend a stay there.
Great house, great location
This is our 4th year staying at Trebarwith Strand, and 3rd year at Karrek View. The location is fabulous, just 200 yards from the shore, and the house is thoughtfully designed with a wetroom, utility room as well a lovely kitchen / lounge area. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked at home each night. The bedrooms are spacious and beds mostly comfortable. The only downside is that the internet is slow and not reliable, OK for e-mails and messages but not good enough to have an online work meeting. Best not to plan to work while on holiday!
Unbeatable
We’ve travelled all over the world, but nowhere beats Trebarwith Strand, and we come back every year. Karrek View is in the perfect location, and super comfortable. And Emily’s organisation is faultless. Easy five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another Excellent Year
Another excellent year. Weather changable but lots to do. Beach as good as ever. Amazing waves. Epic sealife trip from Padstow. Cottage perfect.
Great
Something remain unchanged, the bay, the rocks and sea the evening sunsets to enchant. The walk to Tintagel was beautiful . We had another year to celebrate and we love this bay, the house and the trot to and fro as ever.

Another great holiday, the house is perfect for our gang. We went on a wildlife trip from Padstow, and good fun paddle boarding from Port Gaverne.
