Upper Floor:

- Balcony: Equipped with two sun loungers, it offers spectacular views of the horizon – the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Ground Floor:

Booking Details
- Changeover Day: Saturday changeover from Whit-sun to the end of October.
- Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum let at other times.
- Cautionary Deposit: £100, refundable after departure, to cover excess cleaning or breakages.

Scenic & Relaxing
We had a fantastic few days. The location is superb, it's scenic and a very relaxing place with fantastic views and walks. It was a great place to bring the children and the location is great for going out to explore the area of North Cornwall. We had an amazing stay and warmly recommend the house and area.
Fabulous few days
Such a fabulous few days in Rocklyn. A perfect space for the 5 of us and dog with lovely outside as well as inside space. Everything we needed was there - so relaxing and a wonderful shower! We'll definitely be back.
Wedding Anniversary
Had another brilliant week- spent our 25th wedding anniversary here! The weather was amazing. Summer had it's last fling. But whatever the weather Rocklyn / Trebarwith has all the wows :) Thank you.
Another Wonderful Stay
Once again we very much enjoyed our family holiday in Rocklyn and Trebarwith. Weather was kind to us. We very much hope to return next year, to this wonderful place.
Wieder mal ein Erlebnis
Hallo aus Deutschland/Oldenburg Seit ueber 30 Jahren kommen wir in dieses schöne Tal Trebarwith Strand-haben immer sehr schöne Häuser dort gemietet.Jayne hat uns ueber viele Jahre wunderbar betreut-noch Mal ein grosses Danke an Dich.Und Emily macht es genauso gut weiter und hat uns wieder Rocklyn vermitteln können.Ein wunderbares Haus.Ich war mit meiner Frau,meinem Sohn und zwei Enkelinnen dort,das Wetter war diese Jahr nicht so gut-aber wir waren immer im Wasser,die Kinder haben mit dem alten Lifeguard Will einen tollen Surfkurs gemacht.Ich kann nicht mehr gut laufen-konnte aber mit meinem E-Bike schöne Touren machen.Im Haus war alles super-die Lage ist einzigartig. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.
Hidden gem
Fourth time we have been to Trebarwith and I already want to return it’s outstanding fantastic beach (With life guards ) two pubs small shop and cafe And access to the coastal patha this is my favourite place in Cornwall by far Emily who runs Trebarwithescape has done it proud she easy to access and very helpful you have everything you need at the cottage and the views are stunning please don’t go as I want it all to myself..!!
Best cottage by far
Love this cottage! perfectly situated, beautiful views, lovely and peaceful with thoughtful finishing touches in every room. Perfect we will definitely be back next year. Love Trebarwith Strand, but this is the best cottage we have stayed in so far. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous holiday home with us, we have loved every minute.
30+ years holidaying in Trebarwith
After visiting Trebarwith Strand for some 30 years, this was our first time staying in Rocklyn. What a charming and warm cottage, with all modern amenities, we will be sure to come again ( one small thing the front door lock is difficult to open, we used the side door)

Beautiful location, amazing accommodation, very spacious with all home comforts and is very clean. The scenery will stay with us and we will and very much recommend it to family and friends.
