Accommodation Details
Tides Reach comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with space shared between the main house and an external annex.
Main House
Ground Floor:
- Living/Dining Room: A cosy yet spacious area with plenty of seating, a wood-burner, a dining table to seat all guests, and a TV with Freeview and Netflix. Perfect for socialising, relaxing, or enjoying meals together.
- Kitchen: Small but well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and all necessary utensils.
- Bathroom: A ground-floor bathroom offering convenience, especially when enjoying the multi-level garden.
First Floor:
- Double Bedroom: A comfortable and tranquil space with storage for your belongings.
- Twin Bedroom: Ideal for children or additional guests.
- Family Bathroom: Includes a shower over the bath, toilet, and sink.
External Annex
- Once an artist’s studio, the annex now features:
- A king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
- Space for your bags and personal belongings, providing a private retreat.
Outdoor Living
- Paved Area: A secluded spot at the side of the house, ideal for alfresco dining, sunbathing, and private socialising.
- Balcony: A large table perfect for outdoor gatherings, where you can soak in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic.
- Garden: A charming multi-level garden with a stream running through it. Please note, the garden leads onto a road, is not gated, and is not fully enclosed, so children and pets require supervision.
Additional Features
- Pet-Friendly: Welcomes up to three dogs (two dogs maximum in July and August).At no additional cost.
- Parking: Private parking for two cars, including an EV charging point, at an additional cost.
- Amenities: All bed linen and towels included in the rental.
Booking Details
- Minimum Stay: Available for a three-night minimum stay year-round.
- Security Deposit: A £100 incidental deposit is required before your stay and will be returned within seven days of departure, subject to terms.

Trebarwith Strand is a wonderful beach and Tides Reach was very close, within a couple of minutes walk. Everything we needed was provided - fabulous balcony looking out to sea 😊. We would visit again - thank you😊
Wonderful Stay
Wonderful stay at Trebarwith this Easter Holiday, even though the tides didn't quite work with lots of beach access! The children loved the stream and even saw an eel. Fantasitc location, would recommend if you want fantastic access to Trebarwith Strand.

A Space to Relax
The view from the balcony was amazing. It was exactly what we needed, a space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There's everything you need at the property to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
Perfect location for family get-together
A wonderful few days at Tides Reach. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with beach and clifftop walks on the doorstep - what's not to like!
Total Relaxation
Second time staying here and now regarded as a second home !! We came needing rest and relaxation and Tides Reach fits the bill in all departments. Bubbling brook outside, view of Gull Rock to die for, cows and sheep grazing opposite, what more can you ask for. Will definitely be returning. ID. - B11470644

We loved staying here and would definitely go back. Emily was wonderful and the house had everything you need and more. Can't wait to go back.
Glorious stay - thoroughly relaxed
Stayed with another couple for some peaceful R&R by the sea. Property was perfectly located and we even managed to have breakfast on the veranda most mornings despite being October. Very prompt and polite responses to enquiries - would definitely recommend or stay again. Thank you.

Location was fabulous and we were able to bring our dogs. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable and we particularly likes the open, airiness of the place. The terrace was lovely, providing views of the sea especially for a less mobile member of our group - and the dogs seemed to like that spot too.
Delightful Location
A great house, had a recent partial refurbishment, located just up from the beach, a great holiday choice on a surfers beach.
