Accommodation Details

Truckle accommodates up to seven guests across the main home and a separate en-suite room above the garage.

Main Bungalow:

• Living Room: A large, inviting space with two comfortable sofas, a log burner, and a second dining table. The room opens onto a small balcony at the front of the home, offering picturesque countryside views.
• Kitchen-Diner: A well-equipped open-plan space with a built-in oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Adjacent is a dining area with an extendable table, a small sofa, and a wall-mounted TV.
• Utility Room: Features a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.
• Bathrooms: Two in total:
  • A shower room with a toilet and sink basin.
  • A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, sink basin, and practical storage.
• Bedrooms (all with garden views and ample storage):
  • Bedroom 1: King-size bed.
  • Bedroom 2: Single bed.
  • Bedroom 3: Twin beds.

Separate Garage Annex:

• The largest bedroom is positioned above the garage, offering privacy and additional comfort.
  • Features: King-size bed, tea and coffee station, ample storage, and an en-suite shower room with a toilet and sink basin.

Outdoor Living:

• Gardens: Front and rear gardens with outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining and activities.

Booking Information:

• Changeover Day: Three night minimum all-year round, any day check-in..
• Included: Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Security Deposit: £100 refundable deposit, held by Trebarwith Escapes and returned within seven days of departure, subject to terms.
